Webmaster / Web-Developer / Systems Integrator We're looking for a part-time to full-time Web-Developer / Systems Integrator to help us maintain the design, site-structure and daily maintenance of our portfolio of websites. This will be a "virtual" (home-based) contractor position (1099). You'll have the chance to work directly with the owners of a young, dynamic, fast moving online marketing company that focuses its product offerings in the personal growth niche. If chosen, you'll be the catalyst and "go to" person for everything to do with the technical side of our online marketing business. The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Design, site structure (information architecture), and daily maintenance of a global website and many of its localized sites. Script installs, configuring and troubleshooting, plus support. Play a key role in the design and layout of several sites, Interactive CDs and other Multi Media projects such as DVD creation and online multi-media presentations, editing and preparation of videos and audios for the web, layout and design, image and logo creation, banner and advertising creation, with attention to detail required. Implementation and testing of online commerce systems and affiliate systems, with cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility, SEO and tactics. Able to work long hours and see a project to completion, meeting a demanding multi-tasking environment with multiple projects and deadlines. Manage Web Servers, security, backups and overall health of servers.

Streaming web technologies including audio and video. Continuing to learn more and be self taught as needed on demand. Joomla, Amember, JVM2/Fantasos, cart systems of all kinds, PayPal solutions, popup scripts, Idev Affiliate, Butterfly Marketing script, Kayako/user-customer support, social networking and web 2.0 technologies. Other scripts as needed for an overall solution. Online Marketing, email marketing campaigns. This position is initially approximately 25 hours a week for 90 days, offered immediately. Depending on performance and integration with our growth and mission during the first 90 days, it can lead to a quick full-time position (either contractor or employee) with the company.
